BOOKPERHEAD PHOTOSHOP CONTEST TERMS

The contest consists on re-arranging one of the 10 pictures we will upload to an specific section of the forum, then the contestant will have to play with the picture in order to make it as original as possible, with the possibility of adding or taking out elements from the picture. All in all it should be very original.

Restrictions: One photo per user. One user per person. Bookperhead’s election is final.

Prizes:

• $200 in cash, paid by Western Union, we pay for the fees.
• $100 in NBA Memorabilia and Collectibles from the following websites:

Terms and Conditions

Contestants:
BookPerHead.com will accept as contestants all males and females over 21 years of age (at the time of creating the forum account), residents of the United States of America or Canada.
The inclusion of the contestant photo should be done 5 days prior the start of the NBA final series on June the 3rd, 2008 . Contestants must have published at least 5 posts within Bookperhead.com forums in order to be be eligible. (Posts should contain real content, not only random words or emoticons).

Winner
Bookperhead.com will choose the winner of the photoshop / paint contest within 3 days after the contest’s final day of photo submissions on June the 3rd, 2008.
The winner will be announced at the Bookperhead.com forum and he/she will be contacted via email the same day of the selection.
The winner must send a picture ID and current mailing address information, including a copy of a utility bill once contacted.


How to Participate:
Once you have created a user name for the Bookperhead.com forum, you need to click on the “NBA Photoshop / Paint photo contest” on the main page, then you need to click on the link that will take you to the server where we have the applicable photos uploaded, once you have picked up the one that you want to re-arrange, download it to your computer and work on it. Once you decide the photo is ready, go back to our forums and upload the picture in the Photoshop thread, then send us an email with the picture (contest@bookperhead.com), so we can confirm it was you who made it and at the same time it prevents others from stealing your ideas and final work.


General Contest Rules
• Once the contestant photo has been placed in the Bookperhead.com forum, it cannot be switched for another one, if the participant atempts to change his election, disqualification might be applied.
• Bookperhead.com reserves the right of choosing the winning photo
• The prize is not refundable and NOT transferrable.
• Bookperhead.com reserves the right to disqualify a determined contestant if considered necessary
• If possible fraud is detected, Bookperhead.com will ban the contestant’s IP address permanently and will inform the sports community on the subject.
• Bookperhead.com reserves the right to cancel the contest at any moment.
• Once the contestant has posted the picture on the Bookperhead.com forums and has sent us an email with their information and the photo attached to contest@boopkerhead.com, Bookperhead.com reserves the rights over such photo.
• Once Bookperhead.com has announced the winner photo, and the contestant has been informed via email, he has 30 days to contact us back via email to contest@bookperhead.com in order to confirm the promotion details with Bookperhead’s marketing department.
• Photos with racist, hatred, or sexually explicit content and those using foul language will not be taken into consideration.
